Pooghe.com to the 50 U.S. states. Currently, shipments to international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are not available. Also at this time, Pooghe.com does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, to arrange for special delivery, please contact us at: info@pooghe.com.. In order to make purchases at Pooghe.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. Please note that shipping charges for all partial ships will be based on the value of the merchandise shipped in each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise made right here in the United States of America. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition with all tagging intact in its original state as it arrived to you within 10 days for a refund or merchandise exchange, less shipping costs. Please note, all sale and promotional items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on underwear purchases. We advise reviewing our size charts prior to purchase
Return Instructions:
Please complete the steps below:
1) Complete the return form that is provided with each order.
2) Pack your merchandise and the return form in the original shipping bag.
3) Depending on which shipping method you choose, we recommend you insure the package for the full value and address the return to: Pooghe Clothing Company of America, Attn: Web Returns, 2266 N. Prospect Avenue, Suite 209, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
4) Once your package is received, we will credit your account within 14 days.
5) If you are returning a gift, please contact us at service@pooghe.com.
Exchange Instructions:
Please call our customer service line at info@pooghe.com. for exchanges. Our customer service department will confirm inventory and place a new order for you. For all exchanges, we offer complimentary shipping.
Pricing Guarantee
For all permanent price reductions, Pooghe.com of Pooghe Clothing Company of America, LLC. will honor a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the original order date. Please contact our Customer Service dept at info@pooghe.com. to request credit for a price difference. The pricing guarantee does not apply to temporary promotional sales prices.
Order Cancellation Policy
For canceling or modifying pending orders, we do not accept email requests. Please contact our Customer Service dept at info@pooghe.com. for modification and cancellation confirmation.
